About the Builder
Our client is boutique residential builder delivering architecturally designed homes with uncompromising attention to detail. Our current pipeline includes several multi-million-dollar new builds and renovations across Victoria.
The Role
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join a growing team. You’ll play a key role on-site, working closely with the Site Manager to ensure top-quality finishes, keep trades accountable, and drive daily site progress across multiple premium builds.
What You’ll Do
* Hands-on carpentry across all stages – framing to fine finish
* Support delivery across 2–3 active high-end projects
* Read and interpret architectural plans and custom detailing
* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and apprentices
* Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and build quality
* Act as the go-to person when the Site Manager is off-site
What You’ll Need
* Cert III in Carpentry + minimum 5 years on high-end builds
* Strong finishing skills and ability to interpret detail drawings
* Proven leadership of small teams or as a leading hand
* White Card, own tools, and reliable transport
* Ability to liaise professionally with clients, architects & trades
