This role is 0.6 FTE/3 days per week, which works out to 45.60 hours per fortnight. We can support a hybrid working environment and are happy to consider which workdays will best suit the ideal candidate.The Safety & Injury Management Administration Officer works as an integral member of the HSW Team to effectively facilitate the safety and injury management data across Silverchain Group. The role will be responsible for the administration of elements within the Safety and Injury Management Systems on a day-to-day basis.Key responsibilitiesThe major accountabilities of this position are:General HSW administration.Administration of various HSW electronic platforms.HSW forum administration.Administration of the national Duress platform.Provide administrative and systems support to Injury Management staff in relation to the injury management data system, including access rights.Design, create and implement reports.Problem solving and solutioning of data issues.Maintain awareness of and compliance with operational procedures including data classification.Conduct quality assurance activities including data cleansing in relation to the injury management data management system.Work collaboratively with National Injury Management Team Leader to improve and streamline processes.Complete data management activities to populate reports monthly and other reporting as required.Process HSW invoices including but not limited to workers compensation policy renewal and early intervention invoices.Provide general administrative support to the HSW team as required.About youTo be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following skills:Demonstrated experience in safety and injury data systems management.Demonstrated ability to communicate and work collaboratively with key stakeholders.Experience and knowledge with invoicing verificationAbility to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders.The ability to work autonomously with a team focus in order to participate in and contribute to team and organisational objectives.Competitive salary + Super + the ability to salary package up to $18,550.Comprehensive health and wellbeing resources and support.Exclusive fitness and health insurance discounts.Option to purchase an extra 2 weeks leave per calendar year.Paid parental leave of 12 weeks.17% Leave Loading.Subsidised gym membership with participating gym partners.How to applyIf you feel as though your skills and experience are a good fit to the above criteria, we would love to see your application, please click "Apply" and start your Silverchain journey.At Silverchain Group, we recognise the positive contribution that a diverse workforce makes to our organisation where individuals can be authentic, are respected and celebrated.
