Working Supervisor
to join our team in the building industry, specialising in
steel door and window systems

? About the Role
This dual-responsibility position covers
both workshop operations and on-site installations
. You'll lead by example—mentoring your team, managing workflow, and ensuring high-quality installs—while remaining actively hands-on.
? What You'll Be Doing
Supervising and working alongside the workshop team
Leading on-site installations of
steel doors and windows
Planning, coordinating, and problem-solving daily tasks
Ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to spec
Communicating confidently and clearly with clients, team members, and management
Maintaining a positive, proactive, can-do attitude on all jobs
Strong background in onsite installations. (Door & window installation preferred but essential)
Metal Fabrication experience preferred, but not essential.
Hands-on leader with real-world installation experience
Natural problem solver with a calm, patient approach
Excellent communicator at all levels
Motivated, upbeat, and a genuine go-getter
Solution-orientated with high attention to detail
Able to manage time, people, and site expectations
Committed to quality workmanship and safe work practices
Must have a Manual Drivers Licence
Construction White Card a must
Reading of drawings.
