Our client is currently on the lookout for an experienced Satellite Engineer to ensure the ongoing reliability, performance, and compliance of satellite communication systems (Earth station). This role is focused on BAU support and maintenance, keeping mission‐critical services running smoothly while supporting incremental upgrades and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
* Senior RF Engineer with 10+ years experience – Ideally with experience in managing satellite ground station equipment.
* Must have an Engineering degree – Electrical, Telecommunication or IT.
* Must be able to apply for state based certification eg RPEQ.
* Ability to Lead Technical Change.
* Strong written and verbal communication.
* Very strong 3rd party vendor engagement.
* Must be Australian citizen to apply.
