About this Role
This Client Advisor role is available in the Armadale clinic. As someone who loves helping people discover emotions of sound, you will:
* Perform hearing screening checks and provide maintenance (Full training provided)
* Offer face-to-face and phone based customer support
* Confirm/schedule appointments through Diary and Inbox management
* Source external lead generation opportunities and roll-out local marketing initiatives
* Assist clinics to perform effectively through reporting and solution follow-ups
* Provide administrative support to Audiologists and the clinic
About YouIf you're someone who loves offering amazing customer support and client care, we'd love to hear from you. In addition to your enthusiasm and passion for helping people, you'll ideally have:
* Previous experience in a face-to-face customer service/retail role
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Good computer skills and be tech savvy
* Previous administration experience an advantage, however, full training will be provided
* Sales experience an advantage
