**The Opportunity**
This position is to provide administrative and technical support to the Warehouse Manager through investigation, reporting and tracking of transaction exceptions, with an emphasis on process improvements to reduce instances of inventory control errors.
**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Work with suppliers to implement and improve Infractions and delivery requirements.
- Provide raw data analysis, root cause analysis, and assist with resolution of issues associated to all suppliers and customers of the department.
- Communicate excess stock report internally, develop and implement actions to improve visibility of excess stock.
- Evaluate supplier performance and work with them to improve their level of support.
- Work closely with the warehouse on all quality metrics.
