Your Day-to-Day
- Lead and support our team of HVAC-R technicians
- Oversee quoting and scheduling of service works
- Drive team efficiency, productivity, and safe work practices
- Manage stock and inventory to keep jobs running smoothly
- Monitor service quality, follow up jobs, and support techs on-site
- Ensure invoices and job close-outs are completed promptly
- Build strong client relationships and handle escalations professionally
What You’ll Bring
- Trade qualification in Refrigeration/Air Conditioning (preferred)
- Experience as a Service Manager or Senior HVAC-R Technician ready to step up
- Strong leadership, scheduling, and team coordination skills
- Exposure to quoting, cost control, and WHS practices
- Clear and confident communication with both clients and staff
- Ability to mentor and coach tradespeople and apprentices
- Manual driver’s licence, Arctick licence, QBCC & White Card
