Salary: AUD - AUD per annum + Great uncapped commission
Our client, a leading organisation in the Professional Training and Coaching industry is seeking a talented and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This is a remote role, with a primary focus on the Sydney market.
The Role
- Developing new private and public-sector business to achieve revenue objectives.
- Prospecting, identifying, and securing new client business for our Learning and Development solutions.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to organisations in the management and leadership space.
- Managing and growing a portfolio of existing corporate accounts.
What You Bring
- A minimum of 3 years' success in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
- A tertiary qualification in business or a related field.
- Strong commercial and business acumen.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Experience using CRM software and MS Office.
