* Collaborate effectively with team members, sales counterparts, and cross-functional parties.
* Create and maintain strong internal relationships.
* Develop performance optimisation plans to improve key metrics and results.
Requirements
* A minimum of one year's experience required, preferably in SaaS, with a strong emphasis on outbound calling experience.
* Strong communication skills-written and verbal with the ability to connect with influential stakeholders.
* Passion for the product and a desire to learn more about customer needs.
* Effective time management and analytical skills.
* Experience carrying and exceeding KPIs and targets.
