We are seeking a skilled IT professional to deliver exceptional ICT support services expertise to clients. This role involves providing installation and break-fix services for software, desktop hardware, printers, and networking infrastructure.
* The ideal candidate will leverage their experience in ITIL V3 certified practices to excel in incident, problem, and risk management.
* They must diligently log and update ITSM tickets and records while maintaining a high focus on customer satisfaction.
* Support for the Microsoft M365 application suite, legacy Microsoft applications, and bespoke software platforms is required.
Required Skills and Qualifications

* A proven track record of delivering high-quality ICT support services.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A valid NV1 security clearance is mandatory for this position.
