Job Description
Provide Level 2 IT support to resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
Assist with hardware and software troubleshooting across a range of devices.
Maintain and monitor IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
Support end-users with technical queries, both remotely and on-site.
Document solutions and update internal knowledge bases as required.
Collaborate with Level 1 technicians and escalate complex issues as needed.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
Contribute to IT projects and system upgrades as directed.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Level 2 IT Technician Should Have
A strong background in IT support within the professional services industry.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Experience with common operating systems, including Windows and macOS.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant certifications or technical qualifications will be highly regarded.
What's on Offer
Daily rate of approximately AUD 350 to AUD 450, depending on experience.
