SAP S/4HANA - Order-to-Cash (OTC) - Procure-to-Pay (PTP) - Warehouse & Inventory Balance have been engaged to find two permanent SAP resources with specific experience in one or more of the modules listed above. SAP Support Analyst Provide first level functional and technical support, providing user support, access management, reporting and maintaining system documentation Assist end users with process guidance and master data issues Monitor support queues and ensure timely closure of tickets Escalate unresolved issues to functional leads and SAP support partners Security administration and provisioning, reporting support, KPIs and dashboards in Fiori and Phocas SAP Integration / Application Analyst Provide second level application support, managing technical integrations and maintaining the performance and security of cloud-based systems Ensuring robust integration and process continuity between SAP and external platforms Support quarterly release cycles Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues across OTC, PTP, Inventory and Warehouse modules Integration platform support, ideally across SAP BTP, Datasphere, Cloud Connector, Cloud Identity, ALM Design and test integration flows between SAP and connecting platforms Build and maintain iFlows, APIs and data services in BTP or other middleware platforms Support embedded analytics within SAP Fiori and dashboard configuration in SAC Security administration and provisioning support What you need Depending on the role and your level of SAP expertise First, second or third level application support/design in one or more OTC, PTP, Warehouse & Inventory modules What’s in it for you?
