The successful candidate will lead our allied health team, providing operational and clinical support, delivering therapy services, conducting assessments, collaborating with colleagues, mentoring junior professionals, and ensuring compliance with NDIS legislation.

Requirements
* A degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology.
* Current registration or membership with the relevant national professional body in Australia.
* Proven leadership skills, with experience in supporting allied health professionals.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
