Support Worker – Children's Services (Orange, NSW)
We are looking for dedicated individuals in Orange to help children and young people with disabilities build the skills, confidence, and foundation they need for a brighter future.

The Role
In this role, variety is the only constant. You aren't just a worker; you're a mentor and a guide. Your day-to-day will involve:
* Supporting children in developing essential daily living skills.
* Facilitating social outings and community engagement.
* Maintaining accurate case notes and progress tracking.
The Essentials
* A valid NSW Driver's Licence.
* Current First Aid & CPR certifications.
* A Paid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and NDIS Worker Check.
* Availability: Flexibility to work across a 24/7 rotating roster.
Nice-to-Haves
* A Cert IV in Disability or Community Services is a plus, but definitely not a deal-breaker!
