About this role We are currently accepting applications for an Occupational Therapist (Grade 2) to join the Kyneton Allied Health team on part-time, fixed-term (parental leave cover) position until the 14 December 2025. Role Statement: The Occupational Therapist is responsible for the provision of Occupational Therapy Services within a designated clinical caseload. The clinical caseload is varied and may include neurological, orthopaedic, cardiac, spinal, pulmonary, oncology and functional decline diagnoses. The Occupational Therapist is responsible for the provision of appropriate clinical management of clients referred, and subsequent consultation with other disciplines as required. The occupational therapist will provide service for consumers of all ages, in acute, aged care and community settings. The service includes home based assessments, centre based assessment, equipment prescription, intervention and home modification advice. Details of Appointment: Part-time, fixed-term position until 14/12/2025, working 48 hours per fortnight based at Kyneton Allied Health. Salary: Grade 2, Dependent on experience, as per award superannuation. About CHRH: Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) is a rural health organisation that operates five campuses across Hepburn Shire and the Macedon Ranges in the Central Highlands of Victoria in Australia, north and north-west of Melbourne. It was formed through the voluntary amalgamation of Hepburn Health Service and Kyneton District Health on the 30th November 2019. Each of our campuses retains the name of the township in which they are situated - Clunes Health, Creswick Health, Daylesford Health, Kyneton Health, and Trentham Health.
