About the Role
This role provides the following opportunities:
* Multi-sector project opportunities covering residential, hotels, office, and education
* Multi-residential design and delivery of large-scale projects
* Communication directly with clients, external and internal stakeholders
* Devise project briefs and relevant scopes of work
* Delivering concept designs independently or with a team. Oversee and prepare project documentation and specifications suitable for client sign off and development applications, tender, building approval, and construction
* On-site construction phase involvement
You Will Need
* Strong computer capabilities, including Revit, Enscape, Adobe InDesign and MS Office Suite
* Registered Architect or Master's Degree in Architecture
* At least 2-3 years post registration experience
