As such, we are passionate about championing staff and a customer-focused culture.About the roleSeaRoad is seeking a hands-on and driven Management Accountant with a strong, approachable personality to business-partner all levels of management to support SeaRoad's strategy and initiatives.This opportunity sits within the Finance team based at Webb Dock, Port Melbourne, with a focus on operating and financial systems, processes and analytics which drive every aspect of SeaRoad's Shipping and Logistics businesses.This role aims to challenge the business and drive change while fostering strong internal relationships.The role will report to the Senior Financial and Commercial Accountant with support to the Chief Financial Officer and Executive team.Key Responsibilities include:Support Revenue Quality processes across Shipping and Logistics driving margin and yield growth.Manage the timely and accurate financial and management reporting activities across SeaRoad's four companies.Drive and support the continual development of company KPIs / Dashboard reports and utilise data analytics through Power BI and Excel.Proactively support effective business-partnering to all levels of SeaRoad Management.Support external audit function and manage various other external compliance activities.Support the CFO, as directed, on project-based activities.Be an integral part of a small Finance team supporting a relentless approach to the Company strategy.About you:A minimum 4 years' experience in Finance having managed month-end, budgets and forecasting activities.Transport experience preferred, but not essential.Excellent Excel knowledge and exposure to Power BI or similar database is preferred.Ability to multitask whilst maintaining attention to detail.Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.We welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons regardless of their race, gender, disability, religion / belief, sexual orientation, or age.How to apply:If you feel you are the right candidate for this role, please select Apply and include your resume and cover letter.SeaRoad reserves the right to commence recruitment proceedings prior to the closing date.You must have full Australian work rights.This is NOT a work from home opportunity, but we can provide flexibility as required.SeaRoad is committed to a diverse and inclusive workforce.
