* Various Part-time Waste Operator (Weekend) - 64.5 hours per fortnight (work pattern covering weekend)
Braidwood
* Part-time Waste Operator - 68 hours per fortnight (work pattern covering weekend)
Package: $33.38 - $36.89 gross per hour + Penalty Rates + 12% super (Evaluated as Grade 6 of the QPRC Salary System 2025).
As a Waste Operator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering effective waste disposal and collection services to the QPRC community. Some of these tasks include:
* Support with the daily operations of Council's waste facilities.
* Undertake waste collection services across Queanbeyan-Palerang region.
* Operate, maintain and service Council's plant and equipment.
* Facilitate financial transactions for fees and charges related to waste services.
We are seeking candidates who hold a current class 'C' driver's licence, has experience in a similar role or the ability to learn on the job and possesses outstanding communication and customer service skills.
