Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand our services portfolio.
* Identify, pursue, and secure new client opportunities that align with our company's goals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and procurement teams.
* Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to contract close, ensuring seamless execution.
* Develop account plans and drive upsell/cross-sell of existing services to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate closely with technical teams to design and present tailored solutions that meet client needs.
* Monitor and analyse market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements
* At least 3 years' experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
* A solid understanding of business products and trends, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
* Relevant degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience), with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
Australian PR or Citizenship is preferred but not mandatory.
