We are seeking an experienced leader who embodies empathy and compassion. As a Manager, you will be responsible for empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals, promoting human rights, and delivering exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to deliver high-quality disability services, have comprehensive knowledge of human rights-based and person-centred active support principles, and demonstrate strong leadership capability with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and growth
* Lead by example, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect within the organisation
* Mentor and support staff to achieve their full potential, fostering a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements
* A minimum of five years' experience in a middle management role or equivalent disability services professional
* Relevant tertiary qualification/s, such as Diploma in Individual Support or Cert IV in Individual Support/Business Management
* Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
