THE ROLE This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Property Manager, based in Brisbane. You will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of commercial and industrial properties, maintain tenant relations, and ensure property compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include managing property tenant activities, handling lease agreements, coordinating maintenance, ensuring accurate rent collection, and preparing financial reports. The role also involves working closely with other team members to deliver premium client service and support property marketing campaigns.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Property management experience, including lease negotiation, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple properties and prioritise tasks
Knowledge of relevant real‑estate regulations and compliance requirements
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Proficiency in property management software and general computer skills
Ability to work independently, solve problems efficiently, and maintain high attention to detail
Relevant certifications or qualifications in property management or real‑estate will be advantageous
Remuneration will be highly dependent on previous experience and qualifications.
