About the Opportunity
Berendsen Fluid Power is seeking a Service Administrator to join our team and drive the administration processes for our busy and friendly workshop located in Wallsend.
This is an exciting role within a successful and growing branch that will present you with growth opportunities as you develop in the role.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Enter, monitor and maintain job data in the ERP system.
2. Generate job packages / cards, purchase orders, invoices and shipping documentation.
3. Support the workflow through the workshop and liaise with customers and suppliers.
4. Prepare timesheets for the Service Team.
5. Routine debtors and creditor tasks and ensure cash and account sales are processed.
6. Provide administrative support across the branch.
7. Coordinate deliveries with transport companies.
8. Assist the branch team to comply with the WHS Management Plan.

About You
15. Experience in a similar role, ideally within a service/workshop environment.
16. Strong administration, time management and organisation skills.
17. Working knowledge of ERP system practices and MS Office products.
18. Strong attention to detail with a high level of initiative, drive and self-motivation.
19. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
20. A desire to grow and develop a long standing career within the Berendsen business.
