**Position Overview**:
Join our dynamic team as a Shop Manager, where you will take on a leadership role in overseeing the daily operations of our fast-food establishment. As a Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of customer service, and fostering a positive and efficient work environment for the team.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Operational Leadership**: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, and adherence to quality standards. Manage kitchen and front-of-house staff to meet service and production goals.
- **Staff Management**: Recruit, train, and supervise staff members. Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews. Address staffing needs and schedule employees effectively.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by monitoring service quality, addressing customer feedback, and resolving any issues promptly. Uphold and enforce food safety and hygiene standards.
- **Financial Management**: Monitor and manage financial aspects, including inventory control, cost management, and achieving sales targets. Implement strategies to optimize profitability while maintaining cost efficiency.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Keep abreast of industry trends and implement best practices.
- **Team Collaboration**: Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Encourage effective communication and teamwork between kitchen and front-of-house staff.
- **Problem Solving**: Address operational challenges and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Implement solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the fast-food or restaurant industry.
- Robust leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in using POS systems and other relevant software.
- Understanding of financial management, inventory control, and cost analysis.
**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year
