Your new role
As a key member of the Virtual Accounts Squad within the Deposits & Transactions Crew, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering a greenfield product that transforms the business banking experience. Working in a cross-functional Agile team, you'll collaborate closely with product owners and engineers to design, build and deploy high-quality, cloud-native software solutions using modern technologies and GenAI tools.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in front-end development with ReactJS/NextJS and back-end microservices using GraphQL and NestJS
Strong understanding of cloud-native development, ideally in AWS, with CI/CD, DevSecOps and infrastructure-as-code practices
Hands-on experience with GenAI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or AWS Bedrock
A passion for solving complex problems, driving innovation, and continuously improving engineering practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a collaborative mindset
Experience in the banking or financial services domain is highly regarded
