What you'll do Assist in designing, building, and managing scalable data pipelines using ETL/ELT processes.Support data integration efforts, connecting disparate data sources seamlessly using batch and real-time streaming processes.Develop data models and schemas to enhance data warehousing solutions using SQL and NoSQL databases.Utilise programming skills to automate data workflows, ensuring efficient processing and transformation.Maintain data quality and integrity through implementation of validation and error handling mechanisms in data pipelines.
What we're looking for Experience: 2+ years of experience delivering data pipelines in a business environment.Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen analytical mindset.Communication Skills: Ability to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Technical skills:Strong programming skills in Python.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks or Snowflake).
Experience with data engineering and pipelines (SQL, ETL/ELT, distributed systems), metadata driven data engineering, and orchestration services.Hands-on experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.Ability to work with metadata driven data engineering pipelines and tools such as jinja and DBT.
