* Prepare client documents, including ATO lodgement support
* Manage billing, invoicing, WIP monitoring, and debtor follow-up
* Oversee firm workflow, productivity, and client satisfaction
* Support directors and the team to ensure smooth practice operations
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Administration experience in an accounting or professional services environment
* Strong billing and invoicing skills
* Liaising with the ATO and proficiency in MS Office, Xero, and practice management tools
* Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
* A proactive, calm, solutions-focused approach
