Job Title: Client Support Specialist


About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring seamless operations, and driving business growth.


Key Responsibilities

* Prepare client documents, including ATO lodgement support
* Manage billing, invoicing, WIP monitoring, and debtor follow-up
* Oversee firm workflow, productivity, and client satisfaction
* Support directors and the team to ensure smooth practice operations


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Administration experience in an accounting or professional services environment
* Strong billing and invoicing skills
* Liaising with the ATO and proficiency in MS Office, Xero, and practice management tools
* Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
* A proactive, calm, solutions-focused approach
