Who are we looking for?
We\'re working on an career-enhancing assignment with a leading global investment firm for an IT or Procurement lawyer to join us and kick-start their LOD career with this assignment.
This assignment will see you drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of procurement contracts. In particular, IT contracts, AI-related agreements, Data licences and professional services and consulting agreements. This is a full-time assignment which initially runs for three months.
Responsibilities
* To join us, you will:
* Have at least five years PQE ideally gained from top or mid-tier law firms or in-house (with strong legal training).
* Be experienced in IT or general procurement.
* Be client centric - commercially minded, adaptable and able to hit the ground running
* Enjoy partnering with businesses and managing stakeholder relationships
