**More about the role**
This role is suits an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant that wants to take the next step in their career and manage a division. This role doesn't require you to already be a Manager, but this can be your step up. You will be looking after the Manufacturing vertical across QLD, and initially managing one high performing consultant.
Some key responsibilities:
- Account Management - calling clients & establishing new business (hot, warm & cold client lists), meeting clients, regular site visits.
- Arranging interviews - both face to face & over the phone/Video Call
- Reference checks, aftercare & due diligence
You role will be both on the road sales (visiting work sites in QLD) as well as phone based sales.

**What do I need to have?**
- 2 years Recruitment experience (blue collar recruitment is desirable)
- Experience working towards sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
