About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration Manager to support the effective operation of a busy asset team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day administration, financial coordination, and team support, while contributing to broader business initiatives and operational excellence. You will act as a central point of coordination across finance, administration, and stakeholder communication, helping to drive efficiency and maintain high standards across two assets.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage monthly billing, debtor collections, and resolve account discrepancies
* Oversee accounts payable, accruals, and expenditure tracking
* Prepare financial reconciliations
* Coordinate administrative support for the team, ensuring tasks are delivered accurately and on time
* Maintain effective records and file management systems
* Prepare reports and provide information to head office as required
* Act as the key contact for accounts payable and debtor enquiries
* Manage public liability incident processes in line with company guidelines
* Support WHS (Work Health & Safety) and compliance processes
* Assess and prioritise incoming enquiries and correspondence
* Contribute to team collaboration, process improvements, and operational efficiency initiatives
About You

You are a detail-oriented and adaptable professional with strong financial administration experience and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You will bring:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in asset administration or similar role
* Strong understanding of accounts payable/receivable processes
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and record management systems
* Ability to work autonomously while supporting a broader team
