Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in expanding our portfolio by assisting in building strong relationships, training personnel on our products and services, and managing the full sales cycle of referred clients.
This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with partner bank personnel to generate referrals and drive sales growth. They will educate bank staff on our suite of merchant services and fintech solutions to enhance their ability to identify and refer potential clients.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, solid computer and grammar skills, and the ability to influence and educate bank partners and potential clients. They should also be self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of operating cooperatively within an assigned territory.
Responsibilities include:
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with partner bank personnel
* Educating bank staff on our products and services
* Managing the full sales cycle of referred clients
* Driving year-over-year (YoY) portfolio growth
* Maintaining an active and well-documented sales pipeline

Additional Information
This role is remote and requires occasional travel to represent us at trade shows. You will be working closely with our sales manager and other team members to achieve our goals and objectives.
