Australian Citizens With NV1 Clearance hybrid work previous defence experience preferred junior role
This role will work within the Warfighting Applications Product Line area of the Warfighting Networks and Applications Support Organisation (WSO), ICT Delivery Division, Chief Information Officer Group, Department of Defence.
The Project Support Officer is responsible for assisting the Program Manager. Responsibilities include:
* Providing coordination and support services to the Program Manager.
* Providing secretariat services for regular IPT meetings and other meetings as required.
* Supporting the Program Manager with implementing, maintaining and improving the project management framework, including plans and tools to ensure effective management of scope, cost, procurement, schedule, risk, resources, performance monitoring, benefits realisation (test and evaluation), communication, information and integration/stakeholder engagement.
* Support the Program Manager in maintaining and improving information management practices and project documentation.
* Supporting commercial procurement activities including the collaborative development of Statement of Work(s) (SOWs) with Strategic Partners.
Other Directorate and project support activities as required.
