Kurtarra Cape Joint Venture (KCU) is a fully incorporated joint venture between Kurtarra and Cape Dunstans. It was established in 2015 to provide innovative solutions to the resources industry whilst engaging with Indigenous and Traditional Owners across the remote and regional communities of Western Australia.
We pride ourself on being one of Australia's leading Utility Installation and Mining Services Companies and provides innovative and cost-effective solutions to clients in the resources, infrastructure and utilities sectors.
Due to award of additional project works we are seeking experienced Civil Supervisors with at least 5 plus years experience within civils, dewatering and bulk earthworks for our ongoing works.
About You:
You will be responsible for the delivery of safe production and financial performance whilst maintaining sustainability through structured planning, client relationship management, contract compliance, effective project controls and people management.
Diligently managing the relationships with the client, you will ensure the company is compliant with its contractual obligations and that its interests are protected and maximised for the life of the project.
Your ability to be responsive and find innovative solutions to increase productivity and production through effective management of project resources will set you apart.
Requirements:

* Proven project supervisory experience
* Proven problem solving ability to deliver alternative outcomes
* Building and maintaining of strong client relationships
* Ability to analyse performance and drive improvement
* Highly developed interpersonal skills including liaising with all levels of the organisation
* An ability to adapt to unexpected situations willingly and re-prioritise accordingly, including redirecting effort and resources
* Current unencumbered WA "C" class manual driver's license
* Schedule 26 certified
* Construction Card
