About the role
This permanent full-time role is part of Council's Waste Services team, based at the Brou Waste Management Facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for competently operating a compactor at Council's Waste Management facilities and providing a multi‐skilled tip attendance service across Council's waste depots.
The starting salary for this position is $2,526.47 per fortnight plus 12% superannuation.

Your Application Will Demonstrate
Experience maintaining and safely operating a compactor, including the ability to push load scrapers, work on elevated or steep ground and work to levels.Experience operating a forklift, hand tools and other machinery.Demonstrated ability to complete workplace documentation ability to work harmoniously within a team environment.A strong commitment to customer service.Ability and willingness to work flexibly in accordance with Award provisions
