About the Role
Renko Group is seeking a dependable and energetic Warehousing & Stores Team Member to join our growing operations at our Berrimah facility. This hands-on role involves receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching a wide range of materials and products.
You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring timely movement of goods, and keeping warehouse and stores areas safe, clean, and well-organized. Key Responsibilities
* Receiving & Dispatch: Assist in unloading deliveries, checking incoming stock, preparing outgoing shipments.
* Stock Handling: Pick, pack, and stage materials and products accurately for internal jobs and external deliveries.
* Inventory Maintenance: Record stock movements, support cycle counts and stocktakes, and update inventory records in the warehouse system.
* Warehouse Organization: Ensure shelves and storage areas are clearly labelled, logically arranged, and kept tidy.
* Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other handling equipment (training can be provided if needed).
* General Duties: Assist in warehouse cleaning, packaging, and occasional minor maintenance tasks.

We're looking for someone who is hands-on, reliable, and team-focused. This role is suited to someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in neat and orderly operations, and can follow warehouse processes with attention to detail.
Key Skills & Attributes
* Previous experience in warehousing, stores, or logistics is an advantage.
* Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records.
* Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse systems.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Strong attention to detail and time management.
* Physically fit – able to lift, carry, and move stock safely.
Requirements
* Valid NT driver's license (essential).
* Forklift license (preferred or willingness to obtain).
* Australian citizenship, residency, or valid working visa.
* Ability to work full-time (Monday to Friday) with occasional overtime.
* Comfortable working in a mixed indoor/outdoor environment.
