We’re seeking an experienced Resourcing Manager to lead recruitment and workforce strategy across major civil, bridge, and mining construction projects Australia-wide. You’ll guide a high-performing team of Resourcing Advisors, work closely with project leaders, and ensure every site is supported with the right people, at the right time. What You’ll Do: Lead, mentor, and develop a skilled resourcing team. Manage end-to-end workforce planning and mobilisation across projects and regions nationwide. Partner with project and operations managers to meet labour and capability needs. Improve recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes to drive quality and compliance. Use market insights and data to guide smarter workforce decisions. What You’ll Bring: Proven experience in recruitment, resourcing, or workforce management within civil, bridge, or mining sectors with 5 or more year experience. Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills. A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for building safe, capable, high-performing teams. Technical & Software Skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) – advanced proficiency required. Recruitment and workforce platforms such as Assignar, JobAdder, or similar systems for mobilisation, compliance, and tracking. HRIS or ERP systems for reporting and workforce planning. Ability to interpret and report on workforce data and analytics. Comfortable adopting new digital tools and streamlining processes across teams and regions.
