Enaex will be contracted to supply a Total Loading Service, as well as supply of blasting accessories.

About the roles
We are actively seeking an experiencedSite Supervisorto play an integral role in the establishment and long-term success of our new contract.
In this role, you will manage our day-to-day operations at New Acland, working a 7/7 day shift only roster.
From time-to-time, you will also be required to support the crew in both shotfiring and MPU operations.
Reporting to the Area Operations Manager, you will supervise the daily operations and activities of the team, including workforce scheduling, cost control, coaching and mentoring crews.
You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for all employees and contractors while maintaining compliance with Enaex policies and procedures to ensure agreed customer targets are met.
About you
Unwavering commitment to safety and efficiency in leading a positive safety culture
Demonstrated management or supervisory experience
Demonstrated experience shotfiring and operating MPUs in an open cut environment
Strong interpersonal, organisational, and time management skills
Sound knowledge of dangerous goods and explosives legislation
High attention to detail with a commitment to quality, timeliness and accuracy
Quick and efficient problem-solving skills
As this is a residential role, you will need to be located within a 60-minute drive of the New Acland Coal mine site.
What you need
Supervisor training (S1, S2 & S3) essential
G2 Implementation of Risk Management
Computer literacy
Current HR licence
National Police Clearance (Less than 3 months old or willing to obtain)
QLD Security Clearance for handling explosives (or willing to obtain)
Current QLD Coal Board Medical (or willing to obtain)
Standard 11 (or willing to obtain)
QLD Shotfiring Licence
MPU RIIs highly regarded
