Maintenance Training Coordinator
Our organization seeks a skilled professional to assume the role of Maintenance Training Coordinator. This position is responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs that prioritize the safety, efficiency, and compliance of our mobile maintenance operations across sites.
* The ideal candidate will develop, deliver, and assess comprehensive training programs for mobile maintenance employees, ensuring alignment with operational and safety standards.
* This individual must conduct regular competency assessments for trades, apprentices, and contractors to confirm adherence to industry benchmarks and company procedures.
* Maintaining accurate training records, matrices, and systems is crucial in this role, necessitating a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Collaboration with Supervisors, Leading Hands, and Maintenance Superintendents is essential to identify training needs and develop effective upskilling pathways.
* This position requires providing coaching, mentoring, and technical support to maintenance personnel to enhance capability and confidence.
* The selected candidate will assist with reviewing and implementing Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures, ensuring a safety-first approach in all training activities.
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, relevant Maintenance Trade Qualification, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in mobile maintenance within a mining environment.
