* Clinical Care: Assess residents' health conditions, monitor vital signs, and manage medications and treatments to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
* Wound Management: Effectively manage and dress wounds, prevent infections, and promote proper wound healing.
* Health Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans based on residents' specific needs and medical conditions.
* Assessment and Documentation: Conduct thorough health assessments, maintain accurate medical records, and document changes in residents' health conditions.
* Pain Management: Address pain concerns and implement effective pain management strategies.
* Emergency Response: Be prepared to handle medical emergencies and coordinate the response as necessary.
* End-of-Life Care: Provide comfort and support during end-of-life care, including palliative care.
Requirements
* Degree in Nursing or related field
* Current registration with relevant nursing authority
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work effectively in a team environment
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict protocols
