About this role
You'll lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring our stores run smoothly and efficiently. You'll be accountable for the day-to-day running of the customer service department and front-of-store operations.
Key responsibilities include leading, coaching and developing your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements. You'll maintain excellent service standards, keeping the checkout area clean and safe for our team and customers.
You'll drive a culture that prioritizes team members' health, safety and wellbeing, and be customer-obsessed, continually seeking to better understand our diverse customers to provide an outstanding shopping experience.
What you'll bring
* A proven track record of leadership experience, with a focus on customer service and team development.

* An understanding of retail operations, including sales, stock management and customer service.
