We're searching for new drivers to be the face of Kinetic. Help us take people where they need to go and join Australasia's largest and fastest‐growing bus operator. Our Women Up Front Driver Training Program offers an opportunity to become part of our team. You will be paid during training to upgrade your licence to an MR licence, followed by a five‐week supportive and hands‐on induction training program with a mix of classroom and on‐road training. You'll then receive the support and training required over the next 12 months to gain a nationally recognised qualification.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive passengers safely and reliably on general routes, charters and special events.
* Provide excellent customer service and ticket sales.
* Operate the bus and related equipment.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Excellent customer service skills and enjoy working with the public.
* Willingness to obtain a Queensland Driving Authorisation.
* Willingness to undergo pre‐employment physical examination and medical history check.
* Australian Work Rights.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
* Reliable and punctual.
Location & Pay
* Multiple positions available.
* Great pay rates from $35.04 per hour (base).
* Based in Tweed Heads or Molendinar.
