Responsibilities
* Own and govern the end-to-end enterprise architecture for a large-scale modernisation initiative, ensuring alignment between business capabilities, products, and technology platforms
* Stitch together the end-to-end solution across business processes, applications, data, integration, security, and infrastructure, ensuring coherence across multiple delivery teams and vendors.
* Define and maintain current-state, transition-state, and target-state architectures, including legacy system coexistence during phased modernization.
* Collaborate with business, solution, integration, data, and security architects to deliver a single, joined-up enterprise solution, avoiding siloed implementations
* Communicate architecture views, options, and recommendations to senior leadership and governance forums to support informed decision-making
* Make Architectural and design decisions as appropriate for the program
* Present the solution to the review board and ensure we get the necessary approvals
* Provide technical oversight during the implementation
* Analyze any performance issues and guide the team to fix those issues
Skills and Experience
* 15+ years of deep technical expertise in enterprise and solution architecture across complex, large-scale transformation initiatives.
* Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure services, and modern cloud-based architectures.
* Solid understanding of data platforms and strategies, including Dataverse, enterprise data lakes (OneLake/Fabric), and relational databases (SQL / Azure SQL).
* Demonstrated experience in stitching end-to-end architectures spanning business, application, data, integration, and technology layers.
* Proven experience defining transition architectures and legacy coexistence models for modernisation programmes.
* Should have full stack architecture experience across UI, Services, Data, Platform/Infra, Integration etc
* Should have good knowledge of Cloud, Microservices, DDD.
* Ability to work on programs and initiatives that span beyond a specific application. Ability to work at a portfolio level.
* Excellent communication skills and customer management skills
