Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies to achieve business objectives.
* Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors and external partners to ensure successful collaboration and delivery.
* Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth and innovation to enhance partnership outcomes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement high-impact activations and campaigns that drive engagement and revenue.
Essential Criteria
* Tertiary qualification in marketing, business or a related field.
* Minimum 7 years' experience in partnerships, sales or marketing roles, preferably in a senior leadership capacity.
* Demonstrated expertise in managing complex commercial agreements and achieving financial targets.
* Excellent relationship-building skills, negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
* Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, with a proven track record of delivering results through others.
Working Hours
This is a permanent full-time position, requiring 35 hours of work per week.
