Based in Sydney, we are currently seeking a full-time Key Account Manager to join our NSW sales team.

The Role
Reporting to the Senior Key Account Manager Qld, this role will have the following key accountabilities:
* Develop creative customer solutions that meet the customer's needs as well as identifying improvement opportunities within the customer base
* Responsible for financial performance of the territory
* Develop and explore new business development opportunities
* Maintain a strong relationship with all customers to ensure that Cheetham Salt is seen as the supplier of choice
* Build, develop and maintain internal relationships and processes
* Monitor sales results against budget, and ensure corrective action is implemented in a proactive and assertive manner
About You
To be considered for this role you will possess:
* Min 3-5 years' experience in an account management role. Swimming pool industry experience will be highly regarded
* Exhibit drive and initiative for continuous improvement within the business
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to interact & influence with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
* PC-based computer skills required - MS Office suite, Excel, order/invoice systems
* Current driver's licence; a degree of travel will be required as part of this role
