We're looking for a Sales Effectiveness Coordinator to join our Commercial Pricing and Analytics team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on data, process improvement, and supporting high-performing sales teams.What you'll be doing:Creating and distributing weekly sales activity reportsAdministering Salesforce CRM updates and user changesTracking progress on volume and price improvement actionsSupporting the rollout of new sales processes and initiativesCoordinating internal sales training sessions and tracking attendanceDeveloping and maintaining sales process documentationAnalysing sales pipeline and conversion data to identify opportunitiesReducing price validation changes and customer disputesWhat we're looking for:Detail-oriented and analytical, with a passion for process improvementProficient in CRM systems (Salesforce experience highly regarded)Comfortable working with data and reporting toolsA strong communicator and team playerOrganised and proactive in managing multiple prioritiesWhy join Boral?
