Part of Australia's largest retail flooring specialists our Geelong based client is looking for an experienced admin all-rounder to join their busy team. While having fun each day you will be required to have previous experience with:
- The full MS Office suite of products including Excel (Advanced), Word & Powerpoint
- Industry based Point of Sale programs (RFMS) (IMPOS POS)
- Payroll processes in Xero (or similar)
- Deputy Rostering system Including Integration with Impos
- Diary Management
- Data entry, accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Bank Reconciliations
- Job-costing software POS (RFMS)
- Goods receivable & inventory control
- Social media experience will be beneficial
