Shape the Future of Cancer Care in Tropical Cairns – Join Icon as a Radiation Therapist.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality, safe, patient-centred clinical radiation therapy planning and treatment delivery services that comply with safety and quality standards.Maintain the highest standards of patient care and continually enhance the quality of service and patient experience.Liaise with the multidisciplinary team to ensure patient needs are met in a timely manner.Exhibit a strong patient focus and treat all patients and their carers with respect, dignity and equality.Support a high-performance culture that delivers quality patient care through a patient-centric and collaborative approach.What you'll bring / Qualifications & ExperienceCurrent AHPRA Registered Radiation Therapist with QLD Radiation Use Licence.Proven technical proficiency in radiation therapy treatment planning and delivery.Effective interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Understanding of, and commitment to, delivering high-quality radiation therapy services.Ability to adhere to clinical protocols and procedures.Understanding of the service delivery model within the private healthcare sector.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Role DetailsPermanent full-time position (76 hours per fortnight), across Monday–Friday business hours.Fortnightly RDO; 5 weeks annual leave; PD allowance; novated lease options; Fitness Passport.Benefits & RelocationRelocation allowance of $5,000 and sign-on bonus of $5,000.Starting salary based on years of experience with progression to Senior, Charge and Management Roles as experience increases.About Icon GroupIcon Group is Australia's largest integrated provider of cancer care with a growing international reach.
