Community Occupational Therapist | Hybrid | Central Coast, NSW
Access hc is a specialist service dedicated to adults with physical disabilities. We are experts in complex home modifications, assistive technology, and NDIS assessments.
We are small by choice. We've built a reputation for quality over volume, and we're looking for an OT who wants to move away from \"factory-style\" therapy and into a role where clinical integrity actually comes first.
Why this role is different
* Quality over Quantity: We have realistic KPIs. Your day is measured by client outcomes, not just billable minutes.
* True Hybrid Flexibility: Our office is based in beautiful Terrigal, however you'll have the freedom to balance community visits with working from home for admin.
* Senior Mentorship: You'll work alongside deeply experienced clinicians. For those in their first few years, this means high-level support without the corporate bureaucracy.
* Specialist Skill Building: We will help you become an expert in complex home mods and high-cost, complex AT which are skills that are highly valued in the industry.
Flexible Employment Options:
We are looking for the right person, not just a set number of hours. We are open to:
* Full-Time: Includes a fully maintained company car (including private use).
* Part-Time: Flexible days to suit your work-life balance.
* Contractor: Generous percentage-based or hourly rates for experienced OTs.
The Role
You will manage a diverse and rewarding caseload across NDIS and Aged Care, covering the Central Coast region. Your focus will be on:
* Complex Home Modifications.
* Assistive Technology (AT) prescriptions.
* Functional Capacity Assessments.
* Empowering adult clients to live safely and independently.
You will be a great fit if you:
* Have 1–8+ years of clinical experience (we welcome early-career OTs looking for their next step).
* Hold current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
* Hold current Australian work authorisation at the time of application.
* Have a genuine interest in physical disability and home modifications.
* Value autonomy but enjoy having a \"brain to pick\" when cases get complex.
* Are looking for a stable, values-led team that respects your work-life balance.
What we offer
* Salary: $92,456 to $113,880 + Super (Based on Experience)
* Vehicle: Company car for Full-Time employees.
* Support: Strong onboarding and 1:1 clinical supervision tailored to your experience level.
* Tools: Travel allowances/reimbursements and admin support to keep you efficient.
* Culture: A relaxed, professional, and non-micromanaged environment.
