We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Director of Conference Services and Catering. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your leadership skills to drive success in our catering and conference services department.
**Job Description:**
As Director of Conference Services and Catering, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of catering and conference services, including booking, execution, and client satisfaction. You will also oversee the preparation of annual budgets, administer budget responsibilities, and ensure that all service standards are followed. Additionally, you will establish and maintain rapport with clients, conduct site inspections, develop annual business plans, and balance operational, administrative, and Colleague needs.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Previous leadership experience within a similar role is required* Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications and relevant computer applications is required* University/College degree in a related discipline is required* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal is required* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities* Highly responsible & reliable* Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
