This entry-level position is intended for a motivated self-starter looking to utilise their marketing and sales experience.
The successful applicant will promote the brand online and deliver exceptional customer experiences on-site and at trade shows.
Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Brand Promotion (Social Media Focus)
Content Creation – develop, curate and post engaging content (photos, videos, stories) across key platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
Community Engagement – monitor social media channels, respond promptly to comments and direct messages, and foster an active online community.
Digital Storytelling – assist in planning and executing content calendars, including customer testimonials, vehicle features and off-road travel inspiration.
Reporting – track and report on key social media metrics (engagement, reach, growth) to inform strategy.
Sales Support & Customer Experience – greet and engage customers at the Perth showroom, provide a welcoming experience and share a comprehensive knowledge of all caravan models.
Client Interaction – answer inquiries via phone, e-mail and in-person, communicating the value proposition of the caravans.
Administrative Support – assist the senior sales team with preparing quotes, managing client databases and maintaining sales materials.
Events & Trade Shows – represent the brand at local Perth and regional trade shows, assist with event setup and teardown, and generate qualified leads.
Qualifications
Interest in caravanning, outdoor adventure or the RV industry.
Basic experience or strong understanding of popular social media platforms (e.g. creating Instagram Reels, Facebook posts).
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Positive, enthusiastic, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work weekends, travel and attend events as required.
Valid Australian Driver's Licence.
