Job Description About the Role
In this part time role working 2 days per week, you will deliver engaging, practical training and assessment to students in both classroom and workplace settings, supporting them to build confidence, skills, and job readiness.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering accredited training in Individual Support and Disability Support
* Assessing student competency in line with RTO and compliance requirements
* Supporting and mentoring students in their learning journey
* Visiting students in the workplace for training and assessment
* Maintaining accurate training and assessment records
* Contributing to continuous improvement and quality outcomes
* Support learners with diverse needs and learning styles
* Represent are-able with professionalism and integrity
Desired Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or TAE40116)
* Certificate III in Individual Support and/or Certificate IV in Disability Support
* Current and relevant industry work history
* Ability and willingness to travel to student workplaces
* Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools
* Current drivers licence
